The Committee on Environmental Policy, Use of Natural Resources and Chornobyl Aftermath Mitigation recommends that the Parliament should adopt as a basis the draft law “On amendments to article 61 of the Civil Protection Code of Ukraine” (re execution of criminal penalties on fire safety)

The bill (Reg. No. 3089) suggests exclude the State Executive Service from the list of bodies that include the fire safety service and instead include to the abovementioned list the State Penitentiary Service.
